In case, if you wish to cancel your Rent Agreement Registration Request after procedure of putting up the detailed information and paying your amount via any payment mode then you need to inform us via any communication channel viz. phone, chat or personally. While informing us about refund it is mandatory to mention your request number or document id , your name and contact number. Also, you can mention your reason of cancellation though it's optional.
The refund payment will be made in accordance with our below mentioned refund policy which is specified according to the most likely cases of our model.
1.Refund and Cancellation is only applicable for 10 days from the date of Initiation
2.Post 10 days only Cancellation is applicable for 60 days from the date of Initiation, and the refund amount will be into Anulom credit points
3.Post 60 days no refund request is applicable
4.Post 4 months Registration Request will get AutoCancelled without any refund
5.Refund and Cancellation is not applicable due to delays from Government Issue
Subject to your compliance with our above mentioned cancellation policy and refund eligibility, we are liable to refund your payment in part in the following cases which are based upon the state of ongoing process.Also note amount will be refunded via same source within 10 to 15 working days.
Case 1: If agreement Status is Agreement Preparation, then (30% of Anulom Charges) will be deducted. Entire Government Duties will be refunded if in case its not paid.
Case 2: If Agreement Status is RFB and no biometrics appointment is scheduled then (30% of Anulom Charges) will be deducted. Entire Government Duties will be refunded if in case its not paid.
Case 3: If Agreement Status is RFB and biometric appointment is scheduled then additional deduction of 10% on Remaining Anulom Charges after (Case 1 deduction) will be deducted. Government Duties will not be refunded if in case its paid by the time Refund Request is placed.
In case if cancellation request is received in less than 2 hours of time scheduled appointment time then Rs 500/- will be deducted additional to case 1 / 2.
Case 4: If Agreement Status is RFB and biometric appointment is scheduled and completed then doorstep appointment charges Rs 500 will be deducted along with Case 1 deduction. Government Duties will not be refunded as its mandatory to pay Government Duties before biometrics appointment.
Case 5: In Case of Additional visits, along with case 4 deductions, extra visits @ Rs 500/- per visit will also be deducted.
Case 6: Anulom is not liable to refund any amount in case of failure of Biometric Verification with UID server or Biometric Not Matched Cases.
Case 7: In Case of Distant Registration: If Agreement Status is RFB and biometric appointment is scheduled and completed then technical appointment charges Rs 700 will be deducted along with Case 1 deduction. Government Duties will not be refunded as its mandatory to pay Government Duties before biometrics appointment. Also if doorstep appointment had happened then more Rs 500/- will also be deducted.
Case 8: Document Status is not Agreement Preparation or RFB. No refund applicable
