Customer can also directly fill data himself and create draft of NOI on anulom website.
E-filing is a new facility by Maharashtra government to file your Notice of Intimation online in case of mortgage by deposit of title deed without visiting the sub-registrar office. Signatures are verified using ADHAAR based system using biometric device or OTP.
No. With Anulom, you are not required to visit SRO office for e-filing of notice of intimation. Anulom will take care of submission of NOI to SRO.

Anulom.com is a facilitator for e-filing of Notice of Intimation. Anulom.com will help public to use E-filing facility and take responsibility until the document is E-filed with the government. Anulom provides doorstep service for E-filing if needed. After online NOI draft preparation is completed by Anulom, an executive from Anulom will visit customer place with the necessary biometric verification kit or provide service with OTP mechanism to complete Aadhaar verification. Anulom will pay the relevant government duties and submit the draft of NOI to government for E-filing. Anulom will interact with SRO office on borrowers behalf in case of any query from SRO office.
Filing Fees, Stamp duty and Document Handling charges for E-filiing of NOI will be paid online by Anulom. Customer will receive e-challan at end of the process of e-filing.
